  1. Eligible persons may participate in UAEMalls.Directory by signing up via the website or mobile application, or by other means determined by us at our sole discretion.
  2. All participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date they sign up.
  3. By signing up, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which also apply to any Personal Data you provide.
  4. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for all consequences of providing inaccurate or incomplete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
  5. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion upon posting the amended version on our website or application. Continued participation indicates acceptance of these changes.

  6. Each provision of these Terms and Conditions is severable, and the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected by any invalid or unenforceable provision.
  7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
  8. Terms and Conditions in languages other than English will not be considered an official translation. In cases where there are differences between versions, the English version will prevail.
  9. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms and Conditions relate solely to the UAEMalls.Directory.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

  1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
    • “Account” means your account maintained by us which you have registered during the registration of the UAEMalls.Directory.
    • “Personal Data” shall have the same meaning ascribed in applicable data protection laws.
    • “Mobile Application” means the UAEMalls.Directory application, as may be modified from time to time.
    • “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing your Membership, the UAEMalls.Directory application, and the Account as amended or supplemented by us from time to time.
  2. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Words denoting the masculine gender include the feminine gender and both include the neuter gender.
  3. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are inserted for ease of reference only and shall not affect the construction of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. References to “UAEMalls”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean UAEMalls.Directory including any successors in title and assigns. References to “you” or “your” shall mean the eligible person that has signed up via the UAEMalls.Directory application pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
